What to expect

The essentials, explained.

For advice specific to your skin, health history or goals, start with a consultation.

What if I do not know which treatment to book?+

Book a consultation. We will talk through what you want to improve, look closely at the area and recommend the treatment — or the combination — that suits you.

Do you treat all skin types?+

Our devices and protocols are selected for the concern and the skin type in front of us. Settings for lasers and microneedling are adjusted individually, which is discussed at consultation.

Can treatments be combined?+

Yes. Injectables, CO2 fractional laser, Potenza RF microneedling, biostimulator fillers and body contouring are often sequenced together. We will map the order and spacing with you.

How should I prepare?+

Preparation varies by treatment. You may need to pause active skincare, avoid sun exposure, shave rather than wax, or share medication and health information. You will receive treatment-specific instructions.

How many sessions will I need?+

It depends on the treatment and your starting point. Laser hair removal, tattoo removal and body contouring are typically a series; injectables are maintained every few months.

Will there be downtime?+

Some treatments have none, while resurfacing lasers and microneedling can involve temporary redness, sensitivity or flaking. Expected recovery is explained before you proceed.

When will I see results?+

Neuromodulators show within days. Collagen-based results from laser and microneedling build over weeks, and body contouring results develop across the treatment series.

Can I book a specific treatment directly?+

Yes, if you already know what you want. If you are treating pigmentation, melasma, several concerns at once, or are unsure about suitability, start with a consultation.

Still unsure?

Start with your concern, not a treatment name.
